Join us on Wednesday April 25th to celebrate ladies in craft! Co Hosted with Beer For Babes this is a great night to meet like minded women who love craft beer and those who have made it a career. Featuring two beers from each brewery:
SLY FOX BEER
Sly Fox Alex’s Lemon Wheat Ale | sly Fox is honored to partner with Alex’s Lemonade Stand for Childhood Cancer on their new spring seasonal, Alex’s Lemon Wheat Ale. This refreshing, unfiltered ale was brewed as a tribute to Alex Scott’s original lemonade stand. 5.1%
Sly Fox Vulpulin IPA | Bursting with Citra, Mosaic, Cascade, and Centennial, Vulpulin IPA grabs your senses and takes you on a midnight frolic through the hops yards. 6.0%
Revolution Galaxy Hero IPA | Brewed for the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo, this IPA shoots a raygun blast of Galaxy hops into your mouth and leaves a crisp, dry finish. This IPA has big hop flavors and aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. 7.0%
Revolution Anti-Hero IPA | Revolution’s flagship IPA is supremely aromatic, crisp, and drinkable. This iconic ale features a blend of Citra, Crystal, Centennial, and Chinook to create a crisp clean bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas. The Warrior hop is also used to add additional bitterness to the brew. 6.7%
Wyndridge Farm Crafty Orignal Cider | Crafty Cider is first cider made at Wyndridge Farm crafted in the spirit of a traditional Champagne-style hard cider. Crafty Cider leaves out excessive amounts of candy-like sweeteners that some other ciders add. Using locally pressed apples and yeast, the result is a fresh, clean tasting hard cider. 5.5%
Wyndridge Farm Handsome Bull DIPA | From the windswept hills of PA comes Handsome Bull, a bold and full bodied farm-crafted Double India Pale Ale. Our brewmaster took the bulls by the horns and corralled some of the rarest and most sought after hops – Mosaic, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, Waimea, and Calypso. These hops create the layers of the ale’s intense tropical flavors. Oats and wheat are added to tame Handsome Bull allowing his hops to shine through. Pound for pound, the most full bodied flavor on our farm. 8.7%
Avery Brewing Company
Avery White Rascal Belgian-Style White Ale | An authentic Belgian style white ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. 5.6%
Avery Raspberry Sour | Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel-aged nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale. 6.5%
Carton Regular Coffee Imperial Cream Ale | A Classic Jersey-ism is “regular coffee.” Here when you order a “regular coffee” at any place you trust to make a pork roll and cheese you get a paper cup of coffee with “milk and 2 sugars” rather than a “black coffee that hasn’t had the caffeine removed.” We added a coffee blend from our neighbors at Fair Mountain Coffee Roasters to a high gravity golden cream ale, contributing our “milk and 2 sugars” for an elevated version of classic plain coffee. 12.0%
Carton Hop Pun Hoppy Pale Ale | HopPun is born of playing with the most straightforward of beers- the hoppy American Pale. We push around as yet unnamed experimental hops with Super Galena and Mosaic, soften the edges with a traditional pale malt bill and then tie it all together with the fruity esters of British yeast. Look for the tutti-frutti/berry side of modern hop aromatics laying on a pleasant drinking Pale. 5.3%
Shipyard Brewing Company
Shipyard Finder NE IPA | Finder is the result of our ongoing search for new and innovative ways to brew the most flavorful styles of beer. This mouthwatering New England Style IPA has a creamy mouthfeel. The Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops create a drinkable, juicy ale with flavors of grapefruit, orange peel and lemongrass. Finder finishes with a slight bitterness and notes of tropical sweetness. 7%
Shipyard Summer Ale | Traditional American wheat beer with a crisp malted wheat flavor. A lively brew, it’s a clean, cool, and refreshing light bodied ale, worthy of a relaxing afternoon in the sun. This brew is an ode to summer in Maine and pairs well with lobster, beaches and sunshine. This beer is best enjoyed outside with a lime wedge. 5.1%

Tough Kitty | Milk Stout
Tough Kitty Milk Stout features layers of caramel and chocolate malt complexity provided by Cara 120, Cara 300 and Patagonia Black Pearl. The addition of rolled oats in the mash tun and lactose, commonly referred to as milk sugar, in the wort kettle lend a round, silky mouthfeel to the beer. Subtle hopping with Bravo and Cascade creates just enough bitterness to prevent the beer from being overly cloying. Deep black in color, Tough Kitty opens with aromas of bittersweet chocolate, espresso and toffee that transition to flavors of the same. The addition of lactose, a non-fermentable sugar, works with the rolled oats to deliver a creamy, lingering finish.

Berliner Weisse | German-Style Sour Ale
Few beer styles can match the delicate, sparkling character of the classic Berliner Weisse, with its light body and tart palate. It’s said that Napoleon’s troops referred to it as “The Champagne of the North,” high praise for beer, coming from Frenchmen. With Berliner Weisse, we pay tribute to the style, while giving it a distinctively American twist. Bright and thirst-quenching, the beer is enlivened by soft lactic notes.

Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale | Saison/Farmhouse Ale
When our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in fermenter number seven. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.
