Three Philosophers Quadrupel Ale | Complex flavors of caramel, chocolate, and toffee blended with a cherry ale that offers a tart balance. 9.7%

Meet The Rep Monday | Boulevard Brewing

Boulevard Brewing Company has grown to become the largest specialty brewer in the Midwest and produces fresh, flavorful beers using the finest ingredients and the best of both old and new brewing techniques. Sip Kansas City’s finest brews and meet the brewery rep on Monday March 19th from 7PM-10PM!

Beer Lineup:
Tough Kitty | Milk Stout
Tough Kitty Milk Stout features layers of caramel and chocolate malt complexity provided by Cara 120, Cara 300 and Patagonia Black Pearl. The addition of rolled oats in the mash tun and lactose, commonly referred to as milk sugar, in the wort kettle lend a round, silky mouthfeel to the beer. Subtle hopping with Bravo and Cascade creates just enough bitterness to prevent the beer from being overly cloying. Deep black in color, Tough Kitty opens with aromas of bittersweet chocolate, espresso and toffee that transition to flavors of the same. The addition of lactose, a non-fermentable sugar, works with the rolled oats to deliver a creamy, lingering finish.
ABV 5.5% | IBUs 27

Berliner Weisse | German-Style Sour Ale
Few beer styles can match the delicate, sparkling character of the classic Berliner Weisse, with its light body and tart palate. It’s said that Napoleon’s troops referred to it as “The Champagne of the North,” high praise for beer, coming from Frenchmen. With Berliner Weisse, we pay tribute to the style, while giving it a distinctively American twist. Bright and thirst-quenching, the beer is enlivened by soft lactic notes.
ABV 4.5% | IBUs 8

Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale | Saison/Farmhouse Ale
When our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in fermenter number seven. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.
ABV 8.5% | IBUs 38
